Barracks Row is a “Great Green Place”

Ward 6 Councilmember Tommy Wells spoke with Urban Land Institutes Uwe Brandes about what makes Barracks Row a sustainable neighborhood. “It’s a concept I would call 5 minute living, from here you can get to fresh food at Eastern Market, great restaurants along Barracks Row, I can also get on the Metro here…With the Metro, biking, walking, and the Circulator bus, this is probably one of the more multi modal neighborhoods in the country.”
